2008 U.S. Open

It's frustrating to not win when you train so hard to be the best. I got 2nd place a this past weekend at the U.S. Open in Orlando, Florida and felt liked I died a little, but really it was just disappointment.

Out of 27 people, I got 2nd. Not the end of the world, but certainly not meeting the expectation that I trained for. I spoke with Mr. Nicklaus, and he reminded me that it's not like I'm getting 15th place. I'm one of the best in the country. Still, I have a burning desire, and I will not relent until I'm where I want to be.

Check out my form.

best,

William Cornell
